FREE SHIPPING TO GERMANY/FRANCE/NETHERLAND/BELGIUM/GREAT BRITAIN

Our Products are exclusively made in EUROPE and we are Shipping from Europe. 

Processing time for orders are 1-15 Business Days, please note processing is different from delivery time. First we process the Order and second we ship the Order.

We are Offering Worldwide Shipping

Shipping to USA, Canada, European Union, UK,  Switzerland, Norway and Iceland we have 

Delivery Time:

  • USA/AU/FR/SP/NL - 19-39 business days to arrive.
  • DE/UK/IT/BE/CA - 19-39 business days to arrive. 
  • Rest of the World: 25-45 business days to arrive.

Processing time of order: 1-15 business days.  

International orders :

Please note that during our seasonal sales and periods of promotional activity, it may take more than 10 business days but this case is rare.

Orders from European countries shipping with Express Shipping are usually delivered within 1-9 working days after the order has been shipped. These informations may varie with customs delays.

Orders from European countries shipping with DHL Standard are usually delivered within 1-9 working days after the order has been shipped. These informations may varie with customs delays.

For the Standard service, please allow up to 1-9 working days for the tracking informations to display online. If you are not seeing any update when you receive your tracking number, don't worry it is perfectly normal as the package are transiting first from a Hub to another before it is being scanned by the final Hub that will show your tracking updates online.

Orders from all other countries shipping with Express are usually delivered within 1-15 working days after the order has been shipped. These informations may varie with customs delays as well.

For the Express service, please allow up to 1-9 working days for the tracking informations to display online. If you are not seeing any update when you receive your tracking number, don't worry it is perfectly normal as the package are transiting first from a Hub to another before it is being scanned by the final Hub that will show your tracking updates online.

Payment with a credit card :

Due to growing fraud, we are requesting all orders paid with a credit card, to be delivered only to the owner of the credit card and to the billing address. If we have any doubt, Sneakerjeans Team may contact you to ask extra informations to verify that your payment has been authorized by the credit card owner.

We reserve the right to cancel or block any order not respecting this instruction.

 

Tracking Information :

Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped.
